HALI BAILEY – Breathwork and Sound Healing
Owner, breath. body. soul.

Hali Bailey is a certified somatic breathwork practitioner, holistic coach, astrologer & sound healing practitioner. My mission is to support others on a journey of aligning mind, body & spirit by bringing awareness to their inner patterns to understand the root of who they are. The more connected we are to our True (whole self) – the more we can connect to the world around us. We can start to live an aligned, authentic, embodied & heart centered life. It’s my mission to help others reconnect to all parts of their true authentic nature & inner spark so that they can align with their highest potential.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice where you intentionally control your breathing patterns through different techniques to positively impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, often used to reduce stress and promote relaxation by focusing on your breath; essentially, it’s like exercise for your breathing.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses specific sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls or tuning forks to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being by influencing the body’s natural vibrational state, essentially acting like a “molecular massage” through sound waves.
