Using the modalities of somatic breathwork, sound healing, body work + astrology, my mission is to help souls reconnect to their mind, body + spirit. Through my own healing journey, I realized quickly that we can’t separate our mind, body + soul if we want to heal our whole self. I am passionate about supporting others as they navigate healing their nervous systems through breathwork, reconnecting to their bodies through gentle movements/ embodiment practices, sound healing + understanding how the current planets are impacting us collectively.

What is Breathwork?

Breathwork is a practice where you intentionally control your breathing patterns through different techniques to positively impact your mental, emotional, and physical well-being, often used to reduce stress and promote relaxation by focusing on your breath; essentially, it’s like exercise for your breathing

Her own path to holistic health care through energywork began in the
1970’s, when she first went to a Chinese accupuncturist for treatment and
experienced a miracle. During her healing journey, she found Tibetan Sound, Yoga, Reiki, Aromatherapy and Feng Shui to be the most effective in her own self-healing.
Ultimately, these modalities have become her specialties for assisting
other people with finding health and reaching their highest potential —
physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

What is Sound Healing?

Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses specific sounds and vibrations from instruments like singing bowls or tuning forks to promote relaxation, stress reduction, and overall well-being by influencing the body’s natural vibrational state, essentially acting like a “molecular massage” through sound waves.

Barbea Williams dedicated to sharing Ethnic Dance, Theater, and Visual Cultural Traditions that derive from Afrika and the Afrikan Diaspora. As an Arts Educator, Performing and Visual Artist, currently she serves as the Artistic Director of Barbea Williams Performing Company and in her 23rd year as Adjunct Faculty in the School of Dance at the University of Arizona. The company offers various classes, workshops, and residencies specializing in Afrikan and Afrikan Latino cultural expressions. Her performances seek to transport viewers to another world, rekindling spirits of missed opportunities.

Emma is a Tucson artist who loves to create in community. She has a B.A. in Strategic Communications from Elon University and years of experience coordinating creative workshops. Emma was the Art Coordinator at Bicycle Inter-Community Art and Salvage before owning and operating Painting & Vino Tucson from 2022-present. She is a lifelong learner whose passions include block printing, pen & ink drawing, and mixed media. She strives to facilitate sharing, connection, and radical joy through visual art mediums.

Krissy Girardi is a Licensed Acupuncturist and owner of On Point Acupuncture & Herbs in Tucson, Arizona. She received her Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA and went on to train at Chengdu University Hospital of TCM in China, where she focused on traumatology and gynecology. Along with her education and practical training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Krissy brings a passion for movement and a great understanding of body mechanics to her acupuncture practice. As a retired professional ballet dancer, Krissy has dedicated most of her life to the study of movement. She has always been fascinated with the human body and how it works. Krissy began dancing at the age of three and studied at some of the top ballet schools in the country. She then went on to perform for many years in both Italy and Seattle. After retiring from performing, it seemed only natural that Krissy would gravitate toward a profession in the field of bodywork. Acupuncture was always helpful to Krissy during her career as a dancer and she felt that this profession would give her the opportunity to help others in the same way. She is excited to introduce her patients to this wonderful medicine.

Acupuncture is a traditional Chinese medicine practice where very thin needles are inserted into specific points on the body to treat various health conditions, most commonly used for pain relief, by stimulating the body’s natural healing mechanisms and balancing energy flow, according to traditional beliefs; essentially, it involves “poking” specific areas of the skin with tiny needles to promote wellbeing.

She sees each massage as an opportunity to bring relaxation, balance, and vitality to her clients. Tammi’s massages are client-centered and incorporate multiple modalities, from orthopedic to craniosacral. Additional modalities include Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial release, Tui na, Lymphatic drainage, Reflexology, Reiki and Trigger point therapy.

What is massage?

Massage therapy is the practice of kneading or manipulating a person’s muscles and other soft-tissue, in order to improve their wellbeing or health. It is a form of manual therapy that includes holding, moving, and applying pressure to the muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia.

Erica Hayes is a dedicated parent of three wonderful and amazing young adults who is deeply invested in her community, while working as intern and being a single mother she graduated from Saint Leo University with a Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Management in May 2011. She later worked as a student- trainee in the Human Resources Office (HRO), supporting various staffing and recruitment needs with CDC. She leveraged that passion for to support families and children. Committed to fostering a positive environment both at home and within our neighborhood also served on several deployments to not only support the CDC mission, but also to serve the unrepresented population.

A hands-on parent with a strong commitment to community service. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, baking, ministering, and volunteering with the local youth organizations, local schools and is a member of the Boy scouts of America and The Girl Scouts of America.

Erica Hayes will be your go-to person in the house and on the road. As a past Team Member, she is well-versed in the program and is an excellent source of support.

Former Delta flight attendant, Kayla Hayes decided to follow her heart which has always been in the kitchen. Always comfortable with preparing delicious food for her friends and family, Kayla became Chef Kay when she started to prepare intimate dinners for couples. Consistent raves about her delicious food and impressive professionalism gave her the confidence to begin catering larger celebrations and retreats. Although raised on traditional Southern Cuisine, she has expanded her made-from-scratch repertoire to include tasty vegan, vegetarian, and innovative eclectic meals that are sure to nourish and satisfy.
