THE UNSTUCK-IN-A-DAY COACHING SERIES

The Unstuck- in-a-Day Coaching Series consists of quarterly coaching workshops that go straight to the core of where (and why) you are stuck.

I may not have had the pleasure of meeting you yet, but I already know that you are a dynamic person who has desires and plans that have been interrupted. Which excuses have you made? Who and what are holding you back? What dreams have you internalized that now feel lost? I am here to gently but rigorously guide you back to yourself and your dreams.

What makes Unstuck-in-a-day work? It’s simple…

I ask the hard questions and you write it out to get you closer to the issues that are at the heart of why you have found yourself stuck.

In these dynamic interactive workshops, I will ask you to articulate what you want and need, and… how to get it.

We will identify your barriers and your feelings around the things that prevent you from having what you want.

If you can, and I know you can, I will ask you to dream of the future you. I will ask the hard questions that you will ponder until you reach the truth. of where your obstacles are. You don’ have to share what your write (although we love to hear from you). This is information for you to contend with, and conquer.

How does the Workshop Unfold?

From 10-12: Discussing the Topic and Coaching Around it

12:00-1:00 – LUNCH BREAK

1-3: Guest Speakers Presentations (This will vary based on topic and speakers

(You will learn from subject matter experts who will give you the facts around what you are trying to conquer and the practical and doable steps to you can take.)

3:00-4:00 – Coaching and Action Items

Of course, all of this seems intellectual. You may have heard what you need to do. And you said, “I will do it.” But as you know, it’s not that simple. If it were, you wouldn’t be here. It takes clarity, understanding, and a commitment to get what your heart desires. And, that has to come from YOU.

The last part of the day is where you understand your mission. But that’s the time that we will dig deeper, my inquiry will intensify and you will write it out and commit to what your heart desires.

You will walk away from the day with an individualized action plan that will get you Unstuck, which is just what you came for!
