What women are saying about
You Have the Write to Heal
This weekend has been introspective and peaceful. I am committed to putting myself first and removing guilt in my life. I will proceed with a life based in balance while focusing on let it be. I am not in control of anything other than myself. This is freeing.

Discovered I could live without TV and radio. Read, reflected, enjoyed the quiet of the desert and sunrise. 1-2-1 was most insightful.

This experience was so powerful…Taking 5 days out of your regular schedule is hard. But it was so needed for my mind, body and soul. To get away was incredible to just be. The Equine Therapy and Breathwork was amazing for me, I learned so much about myself and what needs to be worked through. I learned to write and saw how impactful it is to take a few minutes to write things down helps gets them on paper and out of my head and body. This needs to be a thing everyone goes through at least once. We need a 102 class to expand.

Kim has curated an amazing experience full of activities that are supportive of introspection and self-discovery. It was wonderful to have the opportunity to write on a daily basis. The space to do this, alone with the prompts opened up new creative ideas that I get to pursue even further! I am so grateful for this chance.

The breakthroughs I experienced through therapeutic writing were incredibly transformative, making the retreat an unforgettable journey. Filled with ups and downs, the special connections we formed inspired us all. As we reflected on our experiences, many women courageously opened up to each other, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that uplifted us all.

It turned out that it wasnt just about writing. What really captured my heart was the well-thought-out plan—from beginning to end—designed with such care, healing, and purpose. Each woman’s story touched me deeply, and as we began to trust one another, the genuine kindness, compassion, and shared understanding reminded me that even through our diversity, we are more alike than we are different. A true bond was formed. This retreat was all of that and more. My friend would probably say I came “kicking and screaming,” true, but I left knowing that one day I would gladly volunteer and tell everyone how much this experience is needed—especially for women over 50 who think they’ve got everything under control.
One last thing I have to say it was the equine therapy and the labyrinth walk that really broke some things off of me, and gave me great urgency to write. It was all of it and the horses. And finally, KIM, who by the way is the best facilitator, I’ve ever seen. Her professionalism and expertise is just amazing and cannot even be put into words. All those added touches (breathing, sound bath, yoga, massage, acupuncture ) were the icing on the cake and I can’t thank her enough. What she has is a gift and I’m so glad that she’s able to live and work in her purpose.
